We are moving to Memorial Sloan Kettering to join MSK Kids, the Tow Center for Developmental Oncology and the Human Oncology & Pathogenesis Program (HOPP)! We are looking for highly motivated graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and technicians. 

Graduate students and technicians will work side-by-side with Dr. Tulpule at the bench. Potential projects include: (i) defining the interactome and functional role of native FET family proteins in DNA double-strand break repair, (ii) comprehensive characterization of FET oncogenic fusions such as EWS-FLI and their functional effect on DNA repair, (iii) determining the structural components and rules of RTK protein granule assembly, or (iv) chemical screening to identify RTK protein granule-disrupting compounds as a new therapuetic approach for RTK fusion driven cancers.

Postdoctoral applicants with experience in basic DNA repair biology or cancer signaling are encouraged to apply.
