We are looking for highly motivated graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

Graduate students will work side-by-side with Dr. Tulpule at the bench during their rotation. Potential projects include: (i) defining the role of FET family proteins in DNA double strand break repair using a set of DNA repair reporters developed and optimized by the lab, (ii) defining the biochemical interaction between FET oncogenic fusions such as EWS-FLI and native FET proteins and the functional effect on DNA repair, or (iii) studying how ALK kinase fusions activate the RAS-MAPK pathway using biochemical and imaging techniques.

Postdoctoral applicants with experience in basic DNA repair biology or cancer signaling are encouraged to apply.

Application Information: Please send current CV and cover letter to Dr. Tulpule at [email protected]
